As a CPLP (Certified Professional In Learning Performance) Ellis knows first-hand how to train people up. He dedicates his creativity to changing the training paradigm in ways to benefit your people and your organization. He has nearly 40 years of experience in heavy hauling industries where he has proven his leadership in training and organizational effectiveness. Ellis has led multi-million dollar training initiatives, reinvented how safety training is done in the workplace and has coached leaders all over the globe.

With over a decade of international experience training, coaching and inspiring people, Ellis is well versed when it comes to unlocking human potential. Off-site, Ellis is a treasure hunter. During intermissions at the theater, sporting competitions, and picture shows, he tends to wander off- chasing antiques and artifacts everywhere he goes. Ellis resides in Tucson AZ with his wife Barb and army of grandchildren.
