Jennifer has a proven track record of helping high potential leaders take their effectiveness to the next level.  Informed by more than a decade of progressive experience as a higher education leader and award-winning educator, she specializes in working with women leaders in the areas of onboarding, executive presence, and role transitions. Jennifer is a certified salary negotiation facilitator, and she has in-depth experience delivering customized leadership development programs and leadership team alignment efforts.

Jennifer is the founder of the Early Career Women Collective, and her forthcoming book on early career women leadership development will be published by Forbes/Advantage Media in early 2021. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. from the Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University, and she holds certifications in coaching from Gallup and 360 assessment from Korn Ferry.  She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband Tim and loveable lab Rilke.
